What to include in your message.
The correct subject line
Use the subject format from the card above that matches your reason for contact. This routes your message to the right person immediately.
A URL or product name (for data corrections)
Link directly to the MoneyKH page containing the error, and specify which figure is incorrect and what the correct figure is, with a source if possible.
Your name and organisation (if applicable)
For press, advertising, and institution enquiries, please identify yourself and your organisation in the first line of your message.
Your deadline (for press requests)
If you are working to a publication deadline, state it clearly. We will tell you immediately if we cannot respond in time rather than leave you waiting.
One request per email
If you have multiple topics — a data correction and an advertising question, for example — please send separate emails with separate subject lines.

Can I pay to improve my bank’s ranking?
No. Rankings are determined solely by our published scoring methodology. No payment of any kind influences editorial placement. This is permanent and non-negotiable — see our Independence Policy.
Can you add my financial product to your comparisons?
We review products independently and add them when we have sufficient verified data. You are welcome to contact us using the “Institution” subject line to initiate the data collection process.
I found a mistake. How quickly will it be fixed?
Data corrections are our highest priority. Once you submit a verifiable correction with a source, we aim to update the page within 24 hours and will respond to confirm when the update is live.
Do you offer affiliate or referral partnerships?
No. MoneyKH does not accept affiliate commissions or lead generation fees from any institution it reviews. Our only commercial activity is clearly labelled display advertising. This will never change.
Can I republish MoneyKH comparison data?
Short excerpts with clear attribution and a link are generally fine. Commercial redistribution, scraping, or reproduction of full comparison tables requires prior written consent. Email us with “Legal” in the subject line.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every MoneyKH newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link in the footer. One click removes you immediately. You do not need to email us to unsubscribe — but you are always welcome to if you prefer.
