Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MoneyKH makes no warranties regarding accuracy of data, continuous availability, error-free operation, or suitability of any comparison for your particular circumstances.
Gold price data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneyKH shall not be liable for any financial loss resulting from reliance on comparison data, any loss from a financial decision using Platform information, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to access the Platform (which, as the Platform is currently free, would be zero).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoneyKH and its editorial team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms.
This includes financial decisions made based on Platform content, any breach of applicable law, or misrepresentation of MoneyKH content.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, scrapes data, or compromises Platform security. We may also suspend or discontinue the Platform at any time.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects any revisions. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia.
